Designed by FXCollaborative and developed by JEMB Realty, the structure will comprise 375 rental units averaging 798 square feet, along with retail and community spaces, as well as parking facilities. Pavarini McGovern serves as the general contractor for the property, located near Prospect Park.

Exterior Updates
Recent updates to the building include the removal of the construction hoist, which has been replaced with floor-to-ceiling windows. Additional brickwork has been completed, with only a small section remaining unfinished. The roof extension, bulkhead, and ground floor are the only remaining exterior elements under construction.

1 Park Point is set to be the first LEED-certified building in Windsor Terrace. It will boast an innovative mechanical system designed for efficiency and integration into the facade, eliminating the need for outdoor units or extensive piping.
