The building was approved through Los Angeles' Transit Oriented Communities program, allowing for greater density in exchange for affordable housing. As part of the agreement, 23 apartments will be reserved for extremely low-income households. The project also includes a 133-car parking garage, with 50 spaces designated for the neighboring Wilshire Professional Building, another property owned by Jamison Services. The development combines housing, retail space, and parking within walking distance of public transit.
