Moreover, 42,404 square feet of new retail/restaurant spaces and 30,488 square feet of new office spaces will enrich the Hollywood landscape.

A Vibrant Mixed-Use Environment

Second-level amenities include 7,096 square feet for restaurants and 20,364 square feet for offices, while 66,275 square feet of open space will enhance the community feel.

Parking and Accessibility

To accommodate visitors and residents, the project includes two subterranean parking structures with 444 automobile parking stalls. Additionally, there will be 60 short-term and 338 long-term bicycle parking spaces, promoting sustainable transport options.

The Road Ahead

As the project application undergoes review, initial steps are taken toward realizing this transformative vision. Construction is anticipated to span 31 months, with completion slated for 2027, pending the review timeline.

Revitalizing Hollywood's landscape, the Hollywood Central Project promises to be a vibrant hub of activity, seamlessly blending heritage with innovation for the community's benefit.
