Ivanhoé Cambridge and Hines have recently inked new leases for approximately 75,000 SF at 10 & 120 South Riverside Plaza in Chicago’s vibrant West Loop submarket. This two-building, 1.4 million-square-foot, Class A office complex is currently undergoing a significant $75 million redevelopment initiative, set to reach completion by Q4 2024.

With an impressive momentum over the past year, a substantial 156,000 SF of office leases have been secured and renewed within the property. Managing the vibrant flow of office leasing for the buildings is the adept duo of Kelsey Scheive and Kelsey Morgan from CBRE, serving as the authoritative voice of ownership.

Welcoming a fresh wave of tenants, the vibrant atmosphere of the property is set to be energized. Attorneys’ Liability Assurance Society (ALAS) secured a significant 37,000 SF, marking a promising new chapter. Additionally, Pinterest has enthusiastically inked a lease for 24,000 SF, adding a creative flair to the community. Syska Hennessy Group also joins the ranks, committing to 14,000 SF of space.
