Elon Musk, the billionaire entrepreneur and founder of Tesla and SpaceX, appears to have a growing affinity for the east coast, specifically Florida, following his move to Texas from California these past few years. Recently, he has been spending considerable time at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, a move that coincides with his involvement in President-elect Donald Trump’s “Department of Government Efficiency.”
Rumors of a New Florida Residence
Speculation suggests that Musk may be considering a luxurious new home in Florida. One potential location is the penthouse of the late beauty mogul Sydell Miller in The Bristol, an upscale waterfront condominium in Palm Beach. This 19,000-square-foot penthouse, spread across two combined apartments, is rumored to be priced at $100 million. The condo offers resort-style amenities, including a spa, fitness center, pool, and concierge services, all within a short distance of Worth Avenue, Palm Beach's main street, chock-full of designer boutiques and high-end restaurants.
A Record-Breaking Deal
The late Sydell Miller purchased the penthouse in 2019 for $43 million, but its sale to Musk, if it occurs, would set a record for the area. The property boasts high-end finishes, lush landscapes, and meticulous craftsmanship, designed to embody the heritage of Palm Beach elegance.
Musk’s Minimalist Lifestyle
Known for his high-profile real estate deals, Musk has listed several of his California properties and embraced a minimalist lifestyle. He currently resides in a home near SpaceX headquarters in Starbase, Texas.
