Iconic Italian Food Hall Eataly Plans First Florida Location in Aventura

World-renowned Italian food hall Eataly is set to make its debut in South Florida, as confirmed on July 9. The new location will be housed in Aventura Mall at 19501 Biscayne Blvd., Unit 3004, spanning three levels and approximately 29,000 square feet.

Permitting Process Underway

According to the latest update from the City of Aventura's Community Development Department's Planning & Zoning Division, Eataly North America's building permit request was "under review" as of May 1. The food hall is currently navigating the permitting process and is expected to open within a few months.

Eataly's Expansion Journey

Eataly’s entry into Aventura marks another step in its global expansion. The brand's first store opened in Torino, Italy, in 2007, founded by Oscar Farinetti. Today, Eataly boasts over 40 locations worldwide, from New York City to Dubai, each offering a unique blend of dining, shopping, and educational experiences centered around quality food.
