Inside the Financing Deal
The financing package was issued through the California Public Finance Authority and totals approximately $252.1 million. HJ Sims served as book-running manager, while JLL Securities acted as co-manager, and JLL Capital Markets advised on the transaction. The project will rise on a seven-acre site within the former Seacliff Office Park, replacing an aging office property as developers continue converting outdated commercial real estate into residential and healthcare-focused projects. Plans call for roughly 281,000 square feet of space featuring one- and two-bedroom residences, wellness amenities, dining venues, a movie theater, art studio, golf simulator, and accessible design features tailored for seniors.
