The new healthcare center, situated at 3501 N. Halsted, spans five stories and covers an area of 76,000 square feet. It boasts a comprehensive range of services, including primary and specialty care, mental health support, and laboratory services. The facility is well-equipped with 38 examination rooms and 12 dental chairs. Notably, the ground floor houses a Walgreens outlet, enhancing medication accessibility for both Howard Brown Health patients and the local community.

Indoor parking is available, with 26 spaces dedicated to servicing the facility. With its strategic location, the Northalsted center anticipates catering to approximately 23,000 patients annually.
