The Horizon Group has commenced construction on 9900 West, a boutique residential development located at 9900 West Bay Harbor Drive along the Indian Creek waterway in Bay Harbor Islands. Designed by Frankel Benayoun Architects, this 7-story condominium aims to provide luxurious waterfront living, complete with private boat slips.

David Marom of The Horizon Group highlighted their commitment to creating timeless projects, expressing pride in bringing such a high-caliber property to South Florida. Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Brokerage for Douglas Elliman Development Marketing in Florida, praised Bay Harbor Islands as a desirable residential enclave and noted the significant demand for 9900 West, emphasizing its role in enhancing the island's luxury offerings.

Residence Features

The development will feature 23 fully finished residences ranging from 1,202 to 3,206 square feet. Homes will include expansive two- to four-bedroom units with additional den or home office spaces. High-end finishes, 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and glass-encased terraces will define the interiors, which are crafted by Craft Studio. European-design kitchens will be equipped with Miele appliances, quartz countertops, and wine refrigerators, while primary suites will boast walk-in closets and spa-inspired bathrooms.

Amenities and Design

9900 West will include over 5,000 square feet of tropical gardens and water features designed by Geomantic Designs, alongside a 9,000-square-foot rooftop featuring a Finnish overflow saltwater pool and spa. Additional amenities will encompass a trellis-covered lounge area and a private ten-slip marina providing access to Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic.

Residents will benefit from a range of personalized services and amenities, such as an attended lobby and concierge, dockside pick-up and drop-off area, private entertainment suite, state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, children’s playroom, dog grooming room, and valet parking with two spaces per residence. Electric vehicle charging stations and beach club membership will also be available.

Situated near Bal Harbour and Surfside, 9900 West offers proximity to Miami’s mainland and Miami Beach. Sales and Marketing

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is managing sales and marketing for 9900 West, with the project expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024.
