An affiliate of Hines has filed plans to construct a 497-unit building and an eight-level parking garage at 2371 Victory Avenue. The Dallas City Plan Commission is set to approve the 28-story project, deviating from the initially reported 23 stories.

Site and Construction Timeline

Situated along Stemmons Freeway near the American Airlines Center, the development will replace a surface parking lot. Spanning 689 feet and over 128,000 square feet, construction is scheduled to commence in July, targeting completion by the end of 2026, with an estimated cost of $150 million.
