Traded Editorial
Halstatt Real Estate Partners, a private equity firm specializing in real estate, has announced the opening of two new build-for-rent developments in Fort Myers. These developments, Altair and Argos, are the result of partnerships with Soltura Development Group and add 300 units to the area.
Rising Demand for Rental Properties
Steve Iannaccone, principal at Halstatt Real Estate Partners, highlights the increasing appeal of renting due to elevated homeownership costs. Build-for-rent properties offer a flexible alternative with single-family home features, catering to residents seeking space, amenities, and community without long-term commitments.
Features and Amenities
Altair and Argos consist of 160 and 140 units respectively, featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom options in a clustered, two-story cottage format. Each unit offers private entryways and fenced backyards, providing additional living space. These developments include state-of-the-art amenities such as a luxury clubhouse, fitness center, loungeroom/work area, mailroom, and resort-style pool with cabanas.
Expanding Portfolio
Halstatt has committed to seven build-for-rent projects, totaling over 1,150 units, with five already operational and two under development. Projects span Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and North Port in Florida, as well as locations in Austin, Texas, and Columbus, Ohio. For more information, visit the portfolio page on their website.
