Habitat is also developing two separate eight-townhome communities at 1510 Palmer Court and 5571 Orange Avenue, with the Orange Avenue project expected to be completed this year. Elsewhere, Habitat is providing underwriting services for the affordable housing component within Brookfield Residential's 277-unit Magnolia development in Arcadia. Another 18-townhome project is also expected to debut later this year in Santa Fe Springs.
