Edge House Miami, the 57-story luxury residential tower developed by Grupo T&C, has reached a major construction milestone with the completion of its foundation pour at 1837 NE 4th Avenue, setting the stage for the project's vertical ascent over the Biscayne Bay skyline. Led by Thornton Construction Company, the pour required more than 7,000 cubic yards of concrete delivered by over 700 concrete trucks during a continuous 30-plus-hour operation.
