Downtown Miami is set to welcome a surge of new residents, as the 51-story 601 Miami tower prepares for its imminent opening.

The 688-room Gale Miami Hotel and Residences is slated to open on May 1, according to Stayntouch, a provider of hotel property management software.

Availability and Amenities

As of today, rooms are already available for booking on Booking.com starting from May 4. The tower boasts not only residential accommodations but also includes 125,000 square feet of office space and 20,000 square feet designated for events.

Dining and Entertainment

Additionally, the ground floor of the tower will feature 9,000 square feet of restaurant space, incorporating an outdoor garden ambiance and housing a Bodega Taqueria.
