The installation of the exterior finishing touches is almost done at Waterside at Xchange, a 25-story residential building situated in Secaucus, New Jersey. It was developed by Fraternity Meadows and designed by Perkins Eastman.

The brand-new project: This building, also known as Building G within the 60-acre Xchange at Secaucus Junction complex, spans 250,000 square feet. It's set to accommodate 403 residences and is adjacent to a four-story parking garage. Waterside at Xchange is the tallest component of the 1,538-unit transit-oriented master plan and occupies land that was once undeveloped, positioned between the Hackensack River and Brianna Lane.

The modern aesthetics: The podium is covered in a blend of white and dark gray paneling, showcasing recessed and corner balconies lined with glass railings. Multiple stacks of balconies adorn the pocketed corner of the western profile, and the structure is crowned with mechanical equipment and low-rise bulkheads. It was designed by Northern Architectural Systems.

Tenant perks and facilities: A comprehensive list of residential amenities is yet to be disclosed. The Xchange at Secaucus Junction complex offers a shuttle service to the nearby Secaucus Junction New Jersey Transit train station, merely one stop away from Penn Station.

Construction is anticipated to conclude sometime in the upcoming year.
