Fosun Hive Launches 30K SF Event Space in FiDi

Fosun Hive Holdings has unveiled Halo, a versatile 30,000-square-foot event venue located at the base of 28 Liberty, its massive 2.2-million-square-foot office tower in Lower Manhattan's Financial District. The new space is designed to accommodate up to 750 guests, offering a flexible setting for various events. Halo complements the offerings of Union Square Hospitality’s Manhatta, a renowned restaurant and event space at the top of the same building.

Prime Location and Accessibility

Positioned at street level on Liberty and William streets, Halo is strategically located to attract foot traffic and provide easy access to its lower levels. The venue is highly accessible, connected to six subway lines, and is just a short five-minute walk from major transit hubs such as Fulton Street and the World Trade Center.

A Key Destination for Events

According to Jason Berkeley, COO of Four Trees Capital Management and a global partner at Fosun Hive Holdings, 28 Liberty has become a premier event destination in New York City. The addition of Halo further expands the building’s event capabilities. Fosun Hive has partnered with Hush Venues, a prominent events planner, to market and manage this new space as construction wraps up.
