The exterior work on The Greenwich, an 88-story residential skyscraper designed by Rafael Viñoly, is nearing completion. Located at 125 Greenwich Street in Manhattan's Financial District, this 912-foot-tall structure is developed by Fortress Investment Group, Bilgili, and Bizzi & Partners. The skyscraper will offer 272 condominium units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts, with prices starting at $1.15 million. The building is being constructed by Time Square Construction and Plaza Construction at the corner of Greenwich and Thames Streets, just south of the World Trade Center complex. While exterior work is close to completion, a revised completion date for The Greenwich has yet to be confirmed.

Facade Installation and Interior Work

Significant progress has been made on the building's facade, with nearly all floor-to-ceiling glass windows and black metal paneling now installed on the western face. Since the last update in February, the remaining exposed sections of the facade have been completed, including the main entrance, which is now finished and located beneath a sidewalk shed at the southwestern corner. Interior work is ongoing, and residents on the upper levels will enjoy 360-degree panoramic views of New York Harbor, the Financial District, the East River, the World Trade Center, the Hudson River, and Jersey City.

Amenities and Lifestyle Offerings

The Greenwich will feature a range of lifestyle and wellness amenities, spread across several upper levels. These include an indoor lap pool, a spa, a fitness center, and a private club with expansive views of the city.

Convenient Location and Transportation Access

The skyscraper is strategically located near the Oculus at the World Trade Center, a major transportation hub in Lower Manhattan. This provides residents with easy access to multiple subway lines, including the New Jersey PATH train, the 1, R, and W trains, as well as further connections to the Fulton Street transportation hub and the E train at Chambers Street. Additionally, the 4 and 5 trains are accessible at the Wall Street stop along Broadway.
