Forest Development and Royal Palm Companies recently marked a significant milestone by celebrating the topping-off construction of Nautilus 220, a new luxury mixed-use development located in Lake Park, Florida. This impressive project, standing tall at 24 stories, comprises condominium residences, waterfront restaurants, retail spaces, and office suites, all situated alongside a marina at 220 Lake Shore Drive.

Honoring the Team Behind Nautilus 220's Success

During the event, Kast Construction paid tribute to the dedicated individuals who played an active role in achieving this momentous occasion. An American flag, a palm tree, and a beam signed by all involved were hoisted to the top of the 24-story building, symbolizing their collective accomplishment. The celebration featured various festivities, including a catered lunch, a customary raffle, prize giveaways, and musical entertainment as a heartfelt thank-you to the team.

Luxury Living at Nautilus 220

Nautilus 220 is set to redefine luxury living in Lake Park with its 24-story towers housing 330 two- and three-bedroom condominiums, ranging from 1,500 to 3,400 square feet. These residences offer a range of floor plans, each featuring plunge pools, summer kitchens, and stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. In addition, the project boasts an impressive array of amenities, including a one-acre outdoor amenity deck, resort-style pool, rooftop lap pool, wellness plaza, putting green, club room, theater lounge, billiards, bowling, an off-leash dog run, guest suites, and private beach club access.

Collaborators Behind Nautilus 220's Success

The Nautilus 220 development is the result of a collaboration between Forest Development and Royal Palm Companies. Kast Construction serves as the general contractor, with Baker Concrete Construction responsible for structural work, McNamara Salvia as the structural engineer, and RGD Consulting Engineers handling MEP engineering. Zabik & Associates acts as the Owner's Rep, while the design team comprises architecture by R+N Architecture, interior design by Interiors by Steven G. Inc., planning and landscape by Insite Studios, and virtual design & renderings by VS Studios. The glazing contractor is ADCO Installers, in conjunction with All American Windows and Doors, supplying products from ES and Tecnoglass. Oculus Realty manages sales and marketing for Nautilus 220, which is already over 80% sold, with construction expected to conclude in the fall of 2024.
