In a noteworthy retail lease deal, JLL has successfully secured a prime location for Food Bazaar Supermarket, set to unveil a 37,000-square-foot comprehensive grocery store at 375 W. 207th St. Nestled within the vibrant Sherman Creek neighborhood of Inwood in Northern Manhattan, this exciting addition will become a cornerstone of the area's community. The new Food Bazaar store will be situated at the base of the Sherman Creek North Cove, a 611-unit affordable residential project thoughtfully crafted by MADDD Equities and Joy Construction.

MADDD Equities, represented by JLL's managing director Hilary Sievers, collaborated closely with JLL executive managing director Erin Grace, who represented Food Bazaar in this strategic partnership. Founded by a family in 1988 and privately owned and operated, Food Bazaar has steadily grown its presence, boasting over 30 full-service stores across the Tri-State area. With a scheduled opening date in spring 2025, the Sherman Creek store is poised to offer residents a delightful shopping experience. Shoppers can anticipate a well-rounded offering, including a custom-cutting meat department, a full-service seafood department, a deli counter, and a bakery, all under one roof.
