Fontainebleau Miami Beach is on the verge of launching a new, opulent convention center, enhancing its reputation as a premier location for high-profile events.

Details of the Coastal Convention Center
Slated for completion in November, the Coastal Convention Center represents a $100 million investment. Spanning 45,000 square feet, this five-story facility is designed to host approximately 1,000 guests. It will offer underground parking and feature a sky bridge linking it directly to the hotel.

Architectural and Design Aspects
Inspired by the hotel’s original architect, Morris Lapidus, the center boasts luxurious interiors and a curated art collection. Phil Goldfarb, COO of Fontainebleau Development, emphasizes that this new addition will enhance the hotel’s capacity for hosting multiple events concurrently, thus boosting its appeal for both social and corporate functions in Miami.
Legacy and Features
Situated on 22 oceanfront acres near South Beach, Fontainebleau Miami Beach has long been a symbol of luxury. The new convention center, crafted by Nichols Architects with interiors by Jeffrey Beers International, will feature a grand staircase, expansive ballrooms, 15 meeting rooms, and a rooftop offering breathtaking views.
