One Park Point, a newly launched 13-story luxury residential property, stands prominently in Brooklyn's Windsor Terrace neighborhood. Developed by Focus Property Group, it marks a significant addition as the area's first luxury residential offering, boasting 375 units across from Prospect Park.

Development and Construction

Situated at 11 Ocean Parkway, One Park Point arose on the site of a former church and school demolished for the project. Focus Property Group secured a $135 million construction loan from Wells Fargo Bank, with building commenced in December 2022.

Architecture and Design

FXCollaborative Architects oversaw the architectural design, while INC Architecture & Design handled the interiors. The property features one- and two-bedroom residences, each offering expansive views of Prospect Park through oversized windows and equipped with upscale amenities like custom kitchens and in-unit washers and dryers.

Spread across nearly 20,000 square feet, One Park Point boasts an array of amenities curated by global architecture studio Woods Bagot.
