Flex Capital Group is seeking approval for a 20-story tower in North Miami. This mixed-use building would feature 76 apartments located on the 14th to 20th floors and 139 hotel rooms spanning the 8th to 14th floors. The specific hotel brand for the venture has not been chosen yet.

Residents and hotel guests would have access to shared amenities, including a swimming pool and an amenity deck on the ninth floor. The development also includes 3,700 square feet of retail space and 273 parking spots, 54 of which are designated for a potential Brightline passenger rail station nearby.
The entire project would encompass 290,442 square feet of new construction. Flex Capital Group currently holds a contract for the 0.51-acre site from Shani Management. If approved, the existing small automotive building on the site will be demolished to make way for the new tower.
The tower is designed by Miami-based Zyscovich Architects, who are also working on another significant project, Ponce Park Residences in Coral Gables.
The proposed development is located at 1401 N.E. 123rd Street, North Miami, FL, 33161, within Miami-Dade County.
