Flaherty & Collins Properties, an Indianapolis-based developer, is set to commence construction on Franklin at 11th Street Station, a new apartment complex in Michigan City, Indiana.

Location and Features

The property will be situated at 1010 Franklin St., close to the Indiana-Illinois border and approximately 60 miles east of Chicago. It will comprise 220 units, featuring studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Additionally, the complex will offer amenities such as 5,600 square feet of retail space.

Investment and Budget

The developer plans to invest a total of $101 million into the project, indicating a significant commitment to the development of this new apartment property.
