Five Park, a 48-story residential tower at 500 Alton Road, has officially opened, marking a transformative addition to the Miami Beach skyline. At 518 feet tall, it is now the tallest building on Miami Beach, heralding a new era in the city’s architectural and urban landscape. Developed by Terra and GFO Investments, the project blends innovative design, green spaces, and luxurious amenities, creating a standout presence at the gateway to South Beach. This milestone is especially significant as it is the first high-rise residential development completed in Miami Beach in over 10 years.

Collaborative Vision and Design Excellence

The tower is a product of collaboration among renowned designers and architects. Arquitectonica led the architectural design, while interiors were crafted by Gabellini Sheppard, Anda Andrei, and Meyer Davis. The project also features artistic contributions, including the Canopy Bridge, designed by French artist Daniel Buren, connecting Five Park to the South of Fifth neighborhood. This unique pedestrian bridge enhances accessibility while adding an artistic dimension to the community.

Canopy Park: A Sustainable Green Space

Adjacent to the tower is Canopy Park, a three-acre public green space designed with sustainability and community engagement in mind. The park includes a botanical garden, a playground by MONSTRUM, a dog park, and a versatile event lawn. Its eco-conscious features include a stormwater management system, a bioswale, and a 25,000-gallon underground cistern for irrigation. This urban oasis not only enhances the neighborhood’s aesthetics but also reinforces environmental stewardship.

Elevating Urban Living

Five Park’s design reflects Miami Beach’s vibrant cultural identity while introducing modern residential and hospitality-inspired elements. Its amenities, such as a residents-only club and a meticulously landscaped amenity deck, aim to create a luxurious and elevated lifestyle.

Meeting Market Demand with Luxury Residences

As the first residential high-rise in over a decade, Five Park caters to the growing demand for high-end living in Miami Beach. With move-in-ready residences, the development appeals to buyers from major domestic markets like New York, Boston, and Connecticut. This trend reflects Miami Beach’s increasing allure as a destination for both investment and quality living, particularly as the city has grown in popularity due to its enhanced focus on lifestyle and adaptability during the pandemic.

Redefining Luxury Living in Miami Beach

Five Park sets a new standard for Miami Beach living, combining world-class design, urban planning, and sustainability. By offering cutting-edge amenities and fostering community connections through integrated green spaces, the development reimagines what it means to live luxuriously in one of the world’s most desirable cities.

Less than 30 units remain for sale; the building is projected to achieve an estimated $1 billion sellout.
