  • Estate Cos. proposed a 15-story residential tower in West Palm Beach
  • Soleste Palm Station Two would bring 310 apartments near downtown transit corridors
  • Project includes micro-units, rooftop amenities, and coworking space

What The Second Phase Will Include

Miami-based Estate Cos. is moving forward with plans for the second phase of its Soleste Palm Station development in West Palm Beach. Called Soleste Palm Station Two, the proposed tower would rise 15 stories and include 310 apartments at 411 West Railroad Avenue. The project follows the first phase currently under construction nearby, and would significantly increase the overall residential density of the broader development site. While the second phase is taller than the first eight-story building, both projects are expected to contain a similar number of residential units.

What The Residential Program Looks Like

The apartment mix will include both traditional residences and smaller “micro units.” The micro apartments are planned as studio layouts ranging from 377 to 465 square feet, while larger units will include one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans measuring up to 1,180 square feet. The inclusion of micro-units reflects a growing trend in South Florida multifamily development as developers attempt to offer more attainable urban housing options in increasingly expensive markets.

What Amenities And Design Features Are Planned

Residents at Soleste Palm Station Two would have access to approximately 8,200 square feet of indoor amenities in addition to a 2,200-square-foot rooftop lounge. Planned features include a swimming pool, fitness center, and coworking space aimed at accommodating hybrid work lifestyles and amenity-driven renter demand. The project team includes BC Architects and Craven Thompson & Associates. Renderings show a contemporary high-rise design intended to fit within West Palm Beach’s rapidly growing urban residential landscape.

What This Means For West Palm Beach Development

The proposal continues the wave of multifamily growth reshaping West Palm Beach as developers target transit-oriented and downtown-adjacent sites for higher-density residential projects. Areas surrounding the city’s rail corridors and downtown core have become especially attractive for apartment development due to population growth, migration trends, and increasing demand for walkable urban living environments. The project also reflects continued confidence in Palm Beach County’s multifamily market despite rising construction and financing costs across South Florida.

What Happens Next For The Proposal

The West Palm Beach Plans & Plats Review Committee is scheduled to review the proposal on May 14. If approved, Soleste Palm Station Two would become another major addition to the city’s growing residential pipeline as West Palm Beach continues evolving into one of South Florida’s fastest-growing urban markets.
