Rezoning and Development Plans
The company initiated the rezoning process for the property in 2022 and is currently awaiting approval to develop 1,262 senior living and nursing home units. The proposed plan includes six buildings, each ranging from three to four stories.
Details of the Transaction
The property, situated at 8344 Boynton Beach Blvd. and just west of Florida’s Turnpike, was sold by the William Mazzoni Revocable Trust. The deal was facilitated by Jim Knight of the Knight Group in Delray Beach and Curtis Olschansky of the Olschansky Group.
