Fort Greene, Brooklyn, is about to welcome a stunning addition to its skyline, as permits have been officially filed for a remarkable 38-story mixed-use tower at 95 Rockwell Place.

Prime Location

Situated gracefully between Lafayette Avenue and Fulton Street, this interior lot is strategically placed within walking distance of the Atlantic Avenue - Barclays Center subway station. Here, residents will enjoy convenient access to the 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, R, and LIRR train lines at Atlantic Terminal. The Charney Companies are the proud owners behind this exciting project, and their vision promises to transform this area.

A Tower with a Grand Vision

The proposed tower will soar to a height of 418 feet, showcasing 167,679 square feet of carefully planned space. Among this total, 135,111 square feet will be dedicated to residential use, while 32,568 square feet will be allocated for commercial purposes. In total, the tower will provide 158 residences. Given the average unit size of 855 square feet, these are likely to be luxurious rental spaces that promise a stylish and comfortable living experience. The tower's foundation will be made of concrete, ensuring both durability and strength for the structure.

Design Excellence

The esteemed Fogarty Finger has been assigned as the architect of record for this project, assuring residents that this tower will be a marvel of contemporary design and aesthetics. With a reputation for innovative and cutting-edge architecture, Fogarty Finger is well-suited to bring this vision to life.

Clearing the Way for Progress

Demolition permits were filed back in August for the five-story building that previously occupied the site. While an official completion date has yet to be announced, the arrival of this impressive tower in Fort Greene is eagerly anticipated by both residents and the community at large. It promises to redefine the neighborhood's skyline and set new standards for urban living in this vibrant part of Brooklyn.
