Name: Duncan McCuaig
Position: Executive Vice President, Office Leasing
Company: Related Ross

Note: Duncan McCuaig has joined Related Ross in a newly created role as Executive Vice President of Office Leasing, as the firm accelerates its office expansion in West Palm Beach. He will report to Executive Vice President Jordan Rathlev and will be a partner on leasing strategy across the company’s growing commercial portfolio, which includes more than $1 billion of office development currently under construction in downtown West Palm Beach.

McCuaig brings nearly two decades of experience from Brookfield Properties, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President and Director of Leasing for the U.S. office division. Based in New York City, he oversaw a national office portfolio totaling more than 30 million square feet with an aggregate value exceeding $25 billion.

During his tenure at Brookfield, McCuaig led major leasing initiatives at marquee assets, including Brookfield Place in Lower Manhattan, where he executed more than 1 million square feet of new leases and renewals. His work included complex, high-profile transactions with global financial institutions and investment firms, reinforcing his reputation as a leading office leasing executive.

In his new role, McCuaig will be responsible for shaping and executing office leasing strategy across Related Ross’ West Palm Beach developments, supporting the firm’s broader vision to position the city as a premier business and financial hub. His appointment comes as Related Ross advances an ambitious pipeline of new office projects, part of Chairman and CEO Stephen Ross’s commitment to invest $10 billion in transforming West Palm Beach into the “Wall Street of the South.”
