Dolce&Gabbana Plans to Develop First US-based Condo Hotel in Miami

In a significant venture into the American real estate market, Dolce&Gabbana has introduced its inaugural project, 888 Brickell, a collaboration with developer JDS Development Group.

A Luxury Highrise Condo Hotel

The project involves the transformation of a seven-story office building into a lavish highrise condo hotel, towering over 1,000 feet. With 250 rooms and suites, six dining venues, including a signature restaurant and poolside bar, Dolce&Gabbana will oversee the design of every aspect.

Innovative Amenities

Among its distinctive features, the structure will boast an event space equipped with seating, a stage, and a DJ booth. The amenities extend to the Dolce&Gabbana 888 Pool Club, indoor padel court, fitness center, golf simulator, and yoga & pilates studios. For residents, exclusive offerings include a theater, lounge, billiard's room, children's playroom, workspace, meeting suites, and a lap pool.

Luxury Living at a Premium

Prices for the condo units within 888 Brickell are anticipated to range from $3.5 million to $35 million, reflecting the opulence and exclusivity of this premier property.
