DINX Social Club Leases 23K SF Indoor Facility for Pickleball & Golf Club in Highland Park

A new 23,000-square-foot indoor pickleball and golf club is set to open later this year in Chicago’s North Shore area. The DINX Social Club, a locally-based venture, has secured its first location at 1931 Skokie Valley Road in Highland Park, Illinois. Cushman & Wakefield represented DINX Social Club in the leasing process.

DINX Social Club: A Premier Sports Destination

DINX Social Club aims to be an upscale venue featuring six regulation-sized pickleball courts and three advanced golf simulators. The club is expected to attract both golf enthusiasts and the growing community of pickleball players. David Sloane, the founder of DINX Social Club, highlighted the increasing popularity of pickleball, noting its rapid growth as a sport in the U.S. He expressed the club's commitment to promoting pickleball across the North Shore and Chicagoland.

Ideal Location in Highland Park

Cushman & Wakefield’s Chris Bobowski, who facilitated the lease for DINX Social Club, mentioned that various locations in Chicago's Northside suburbs were considered before selecting Highland Park as the ideal spot. The new club will be situated in a former Staples store within the Park Avenue Centre, a property owned by Kensington Development Partners. The location offers easy access to U.S. Highway 41, making it convenient for visitors.
