  • Construction has gone vertical on the 62-story Bentley Residences tower at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach.
  • The 716-foot-tall luxury condominium project will include 216 residences with private in-unit sky garages accessed by the Dezervator vehicle elevator system.
  • The development is being led by Dezer Development and designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Bentley Motors, with completion expected in 2028.

What Construction Progress Looks Like

Construction is moving steadily upward at Bentley Residences Miami, one of South Florida's most ambitious luxury residential developments. Located at 18401 Collins Avenue along the Atlantic Ocean in Sunny Isles Beach, the tower has now risen seven levels above ground and is advancing at a pace of roughly one floor every five to six working days. Recent construction photos show crews actively building the reinforced concrete superstructure. Curved perimeter formwork, heavily reinforced columns, shear walls, and the central core are all beginning to define the tower's distinctive cylindrical shape. The milestone follows a record-setting foundation pour completed by Coastal Construction. The operation lasted 36 hours and involved approximately 20,000 cubic yards of concrete delivered by 2,100 truckloads, making it the largest residential construction pour in Florida history and the second-largest foundation pour in the United States.

What the Project Includes for Residents

When completed, Bentley Residences will stand 62 stories and 716 feet tall, delivering 216 luxury condominium residences overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The project's most notable feature is the patented Dezervator system, which allows residents to transport their vehicles directly to private garages located within their residences. These in-unit sky garages are designed to accommodate three to four vehicles. Residences will range from three to five bedrooms and feature floor-to-ceiling glass, open-concept layouts, expansive terraces, summer kitchens, private swimming pools, outdoor showers, and ocean views. Interior finishes will include Miele appliances, Italian-designed cabinetry, custom vanities, soaking tubs, and private sauna rooms.

What Amenities Are Planned for the Tower

The development will offer more than 20,000 square feet of amenity space designed to compete with the world's top luxury residential properties. Among the highlights is Proper English by Todd English, a private residents-only restaurant concept from the four-time James Beard Award-winning chef. Additional amenities include a fitness center, spa, beauty salon, cinema, whiskey bar, cigar lounge, pet spa, landscaped beach club, and an oceanfront pool deck with cabanas and food-and-beverage service. These features are intended to create a resort-style living experience while reinforcing the Bentley brand's focus on luxury, craftsmanship, and exclusivity.

What This Means for Sunny Isles Beach

Developed by Dezer Development and designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Bentley Motors, the project is being marketed as the world's first Bentley-branded residential tower. Upon completion in 2028, Bentley Residences will become one of the tallest oceanfront residential towers in Sunny Isles Beach. The project adds another landmark to the growing collection of ultra-luxury developments along Collins Avenue and further strengthens the city's position as one of South Florida's premier destinations for high-end residential real estate.
