Developer Mariano Martinez Plans 4 Indoor Padel Courts in West Little River

HGMC Build LLC, led by Mariano Martinez, is planning to build an indoor padel court facility in Miami-Dade County's West Little River neighborhood. The 0.48-acre site, located at 1255 N.W. 79th St., was acquired for $654,600 in late 2023. The proposed 11,714-square-foot building will include four indoor padel courts, 3,000 square feet of retail space, and eight parking spaces, utilizing a parking reduction due to its proximity to a bus stop.

The project, designed by Miami-based Cala Studio and represented by Natalie Duran of Upturn Group, aims to enhance the social and economic aspects of the community. Duran emphasized the commitment to high standards of design, sustainability, and community benefit throughout the development phases.
