Crescent Seas redefines upscale living by transforming cruise ships into floating residential communities. Spearheaded by Russell Galbut of Crescent Heights, this initiative offers a unique blend of home comfort and worldly adventure.​

Navigator and Insignia: The Flagships

The Navigator, formerly the Seven Seas Navigator, will debut in December 2026 after a $70 million renovation and will feature 210 residences. Insignia, set to launch in 2027, will offer 290 residences after a $50 million upgrade. Prices range from $650,000 to $10 million, catering to those seeking luxury and mobility.

Living the Voyage

Residents will enjoy extended stays—up to five days—in diverse ports across all seven continents. Onboard amenities encompass butler service, Starlink internet, wellness centers with spas and pickleball courts, and gourmet dining experiences. The Apollo Group will oversee hospitality, ensuring top-tier service. ​
