Continuum and Dorsia Link Luxury Living With Exclusive Access in Miami
Traded Editorial
Key Points
-
Continuum Company partners with Dorsia to offer residents premium global dining access valued at $5,000 per year.
-
The partnership applies to Continuum Club & Residences in North Bay Village and La Baia North in Bay Harbor Islands.
-
It extends Continuum’s hospitality-driven approach, which already includes private yacht memberships and curated lifestyle programs.
Miami Luxury Goes Experiential
Continuum Company, led by developer Ian Bruce Eichner and his daughter Allie Eichner, President of Continuum Florida, is taking Miami’s luxury market into lifestyle territory. In partnership with Dorsia, the invite-only platform offering reservations at elite restaurants such as Carbone, Gekko, and LPM, buyers at Continuum Club & Residences and La Baia North will receive complimentary Dorsia Premium memberships upon contract signing.
This move signals a broader trend: high-end developers are now selling access as much as space.
Continuum’s Lifestyle Vision
Founded by Eichner, Continuum Company continues its focus on “living as experience.” The firm recently introduced a private yacht club membership designed to merge waterfront living with recreation.
Eichner describes the strategy as redefining what modern luxury means: “Real luxury today isn’t just about where you live—it’s about how you live.” By integrating services like Dorsia, Continuum positions itself as more than a developer—it is creating a membership-based model of residential luxury.

A Shift to Experiential Luxury
The collaboration between Continuum and Dorsia underscores a shift in the Miami luxury market—from static luxury focused on architecture and finishes to experiential luxury centered on access and lifestyle.
For brokers and investors, this marks another example of hospitality integration driving buyer appeal and premium pricing power in the condo sector. As competition for affluent global buyers intensifies, more developers are likely to embed exclusive service partnerships into their offerings.
