Developers have initiated construction on the Dolce by Wyndham Miami, a five-story, mid-rise hotel located in Miami Beach. This new venture will offer 90 rooms and occupy a 15,000-square-foot plot, previously home to a 36-unit condominium that has since been demolished.

Completion and Job Creation
The project is expected to be completed by 2026 and is set to generate 45 new jobs upon opening. The high-end hotel will feature luxurious communal amenities, including an on-site restaurant and a rooftop swimming pool, enhancing the guest experience.
Project Financing and Costs
The hotel is estimated to cost $40 million, with a $21.5 million construction loan from Amerant Bank contributing to the financing. The developers, Glokal Group from South America and Blue Road from Miami, purchased the site for $14.41 million in 2019.

Buslam serves as the general contractor, while Revuelta Architecture is the design firm behind the project. Revuelta Architecture is also involved in other high-profile developments, such as the Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove and Una Residences, the latter having topped out in April.
