In February, Constellation Real Estate Partners acquired land on Air Commerce Parkway for $33 million, in partnership with Northwestern Mutual. The site is strategically located adjacent to Orlando International Airport and is set for a major industrial park development.
The industrial park, named Constellation Air Commerce, will cover 972,079 square feet and consist of three buildings. Two buildings will measure 232,497 square feet and 283,580 square feet respectively, featuring front parking and rear loading. The third building, at 456,002 square feet, will have cross-dock loading capabilities. The architectural design is by C4 Architecture, with engineering by Florida Engineering Group.
According to the Orlando Business Journal, the project is being developed on a speculative basis, meaning there are no tenants secured yet. The buildings are flexible, allowing for division into spaces for two to four tenants each, or a single tenant per building. Completion is projected for the third quarter of 2025.
Constellation and Northwestern Mutual have appointed a team from Cushman & Wakefield, including Jared Bonshire, David Perez, Taylor Zambito, Ryan Hubbard, Sara Bravo, and Jasmine Yarbrough, to handle leasing for the project.
