Compass International Holdings has promoted Neda Navab to President of its brokerage operation. The announcement was made by CEO and Chairman Robert Reffkin in a LinkedIn post. In her new role, Navab will focus exclusively on leading and supporting Compass’s real estate professionals nationwide as the firm advances its brokerage platform.

Reffkin will remain engaged with Compass’s brokerage operations while continuing to lead Compass International Holdings. “Compass was founded to help real estate professionals succeed and realize their entrepreneurial potential,” Reffkin said. “Neda understands that better than anyone. She is a proven and thoughtful leader who shows up for Compass real estate professionals every day.”

Navab joined Compass in October 2018 as Chief of Staff to Reffkin and most recently served as Brokerage President. She emphasized her commitment to agents, stating that she will continue working to protect what makes Compass unique while elevating the experience for real estate professionals and their clients.

Earlier in her career, Navab held positions at Urban Systems, Enjoy Technology, Box, and McKinsey & Co. Her appointment comes as Compass works to integrate its acquisition of Anywhere Real Estate into Compass International Holdings.
