With 20 years of real estate experience, Fontaine specializes in South Florida’s retail market and has an impressive track record in new development, mixed-use high-street leasing, sales, and tenant/landlord representation. Her notable projects include Uptown Boca, 1212 Aventura, and Lotis Wellington. Throughout her career, she has worked with leading retailers such as ESPN, Wells Fargo, and BurgerFi while representing major landlords, including BlackRock, Kimco, and Starwood Retail Properties.

Previously, Fontaine served as Vice President at Katz & Associates, delivering exceptional results across the retail sector. Her experience and strategic market knowledge position her to drive growth and success for Colliers in South Florida.

In addition to her professional achievements, Fontaine is actively involved in her community, serving on Boca Raton’s Community Advisor Board and Delray Beach’s Code Enforcement Board. She is also a dedicated International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) member.
