Note: Colliers South Florida has announced the addition of Frankie Castellanos as Vice President, based in the firm’s Miami office. In his new role, Castellanos will focus on delivering high-quality industrial services, working alongside Executive Vice President Erin Byers and Senior Vice President Lauren Pace.

Frankie brings a wealth of experience in corporate real estate strategy, with a focus on office and industrial occupiers across national and international markets. Prior to joining Colliers, he was a Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s Corporate Advisory Group, where he led strategic initiatives for major occupiers, including portfolio optimization, site selection, and lease negotiations aligned with broader business and financial goals.
