In this role, Fandino will manage Codina Partners’ banking relationships and lead financial underwriting, property valuation, and market analysis for acquisitions and development opportunities. She brings over 30 years of experience, with prior roles including Asset Manager, Director at Fanza Corporation, as well as positions with Union Bank of Florida and Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation.
