The project known as The Element promises a 100-room hotel, 48 apartments, and 12,676 square feet of commercial area in the heart of the thriving cityscape. The adept hands of nKlosures architecture firm are crafting this urban haven, strategically positioned near the Pico Metro station and the L.A. Convention Center. Guiding this project is the private investor Eliot Tishbi, who acquired the property over a decade ago. To pave the way for this development, a substantial $2 million public benefit payment is required, ensuring a positive impact on the community.

Unfinished Potential Next Door

Across from The Element lies a project by nKlosures, intended to house a 43-room La Quinta Inn. Despite starting construction four years ago, the property remains incomplete, awaiting its transformation into a bustling accommodation hub.

Just steps away lies the newly finished hotel at 1260 South Figueroa Street. Crafted by the esteemed Lightstone Group, this 37-story hotel boasts 727 rooms and is a unique blend of the Moxy and AC Hotel concepts, both affiliated with Marriott.
