Conceptual plans have been unveiled for a new supertall tower in the Brickell area, signaling significant developments in the neighborhood's skyline.

The proposed tower, located at 1201 Brickell Bay Drive, will soar 1,032 feet above sea level and feature 54 stories. The building will house over 1.29 million square feet of office space, alongside 212 hotel rooms with amenities such as a health spa, fitness club, ballroom, and conference facilities. There will also be around 50 underground executive parking spaces on-site, with additional parking available nearby.

The design of the tower is led by the renowned architectural firm Foster + Partners, with AAI Architects serving as the architect of record. Landscape architecture is handled by Field Operations, ensuring the project will be both functional and visually appealing.

This development marks the first phase of a broader project. Future phases are planned for nearby properties at 1221 Brickell Avenue and 1250-1260 Brickell Bay Drive. These phases may include additional office spaces, retail establishments, residential units, and more parking facilities, according to a representative of the developer.

The property is reportedly owned by Citadel, a significant player in the real estate market, further emphasizing the project's prominence.
