Moss Construction's pivotal moment arrives with the groundbreaking of Mast Capital's Cipriani Residences Miami. This marks the inception of Brickell's tallest edifice, soaring 950 feet above ground level. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by 1508 London, the 84-story skyscraper promises to redefine the city's skyline with its nautical-inspired design.

Luxury Living Redefined

Luis Hidalgo, Senior Vice President of Moss, expresses excitement for the project, foreseeing Cipriani Residences surpassing Panorama Tower as Brickell's tallest structure. The development will offer 397 lavish residences, including penthouses with private pools. Beyond residences, amenities include a private restaurant, a resort-style pool deck, a fitness center, and a spa. The $600 million construction loan secured for the project reflects confidence in its design, amenities, and prime location.

Exclusive Offerings and Privileges

Starting at $1.7 million, residences range from one to four bedrooms, with penthouses starting at $17 million. The Canaletto Collection features six exclusive penthouses with tailored privileges such as private access to a speakeasy and dining areas, bespoke concierge services, and custom finishes. These penthouses offer privacy with direct elevator access and limited residences per floor.

A Glimpse into the Future

Anticipated for completion in 2028, Cipriani Residences Miami represents the first of two collaborative projects between Moss and Mast Capital. This signals a transformative era for Brickell's architectural landscape, promising luxury living and iconic design.
