Key Points
CIM Group has completed Coro, a six-story mixed-use building at 3017-3045 Crenshaw Boulevard on the former West Angeles Church site. The contemporary podium-style design includes a central courtyard, swimming pool, fitness center, and two rooftop decks, catering to urban living in West Adams. The project leverages Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) guidelines, allowing for increased density in exchange for the inclusion of affordable units.
Designed by AC Martin, Coro combines residential and retail elements with modern urban amenities. Ground floor retail spaces total roughly 40,000 sq ft, providing neighborhood-serving shops and commercial activity.
Coro is part of CIM Group’s ongoing investment in West Adams, where the firm has acquired multiple properties from West Angeles Church over 20 years. The area has seen a wave of mixed-use and commercial development along Adams Boulevard, signaling strong long term growth and urbanization.
Coro adds high-quality mixed-use housing and retail to West Adams, balancing market-rate and affordable units while supporting urban density along a key transit corridor. The project reflects CIM Group’s continued commitment to neighborhood redevelopment and TOD-driven multifamily projects.
