Project Overview

CIM Group has completed Coro, a six-story mixed-use building at 3017-3045 Crenshaw Boulevard on the former West Angeles Church site. The contemporary podium-style design includes a central courtyard, swimming pool, fitness center, and two rooftop decks, catering to urban living in West Adams. The project leverages Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) guidelines, allowing for increased density in exchange for the inclusion of affordable units.

Design & Amenities

Designed by AC Martin, Coro combines residential and retail elements with modern urban amenities. Ground floor retail spaces total roughly 40,000 sq ft, providing neighborhood-serving shops and commercial activity.
