Maple & Ash, the renowned Chicago-based steakhouse, is set to open its largest location on March 13, 2025, at Miami Worldcenter. This expansion brings the restaurant's signature blend of luxury and playfulness to Miami's vibrant dining scene. 

A Grand Entrance into Miami:

Maple & Ash's new Miami location, located at 699 NE 1st Avenue, is 22,000 square feet and two stories tall. Designed by Studio K, the interior showcases multiple dining spaces. The Atrium features an upside-down palm tree adorned with 10,000 crystal beads, reflecting Miami's lively atmosphere.

Culinary Delights:

Under the guidance of Chef and Partner Danny Grant, Maple & Ash offers a menu that combines elevated classics with locally inspired creations. Notable offerings include:​

  • "I Don't Give a F@k" Tasting Menu*: An adventurous dining experience where guests entrust their meal to the chef's creativity.​
  • Fire-Roasted Seafood Tower: A bold take on the traditional seafood display, featuring hearth-roasted shellfish finished with garlic butter and chili oil.​
  • Miami-Exclusive Dishes: Items like hamachi crudo and Dover sole cater to local tastes.​

Signature cocktails complement the menu, enhancing the overall dining experience. ​
