Construction has begun on the first tower of The St. Regis Residences, in Sunny Isles Beach, a twin-tower development that will be the tallest in the city. The developers, Fortune International Group and Chateau Group, have already sold $900 million worth of units in the first tower, or around 75% of the 175 units.

The project in numbers: The second tower is expected to launch sales in the winter. Both towers will be 62 stories tall and 750 feet high. They will have a total of 336 residential units, two restaurants, and 70,000 square feet of amenities. The units will range in size from 1,950 to 4,680 square feet.

The amenities: St. Regis Residences will offer plenty of amenities to its residents, such as a pool deck, a fitness center, a spa, a library, a game room and a business center. In addition to all that, the development will have a private beach club.

The whereabouts: The development is located on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, a popular destination for luxury real estate. The area is known for its beaches, golf courses, and high-rise condos.

The team: The St. Regis Residences will be designed by Arquitectonica and built by Coastal Construction. The towers will feature photovoltaic glass on the west façade, which will generate 530,000 kilowatt-hours from the sun per year.

The development is expected to be completed in 2026.
