Casa Cipriani Expands to Miami Beach

Casa Cipriani, the exclusive private members club and hotel in New York frequented by A-listers like Taylor Swift (rumor has it she cancelled her membership after her photo was taken), John Legend and Leonardo Dicaprio, will now be making its way to Miami Beach. This coastal location will feature a luxurious residential component, a private members club, and hotel, expanding the brand’s prestigious presence in the 305.

Project Details and Development Team

The new Casa Cipriani Miami Beach will be a 17-story property at 3611 Collins Avenue, just north of the renowned Faena district (Faena New York will be opening in 2025). A collaboration between the Cipriani family, 13th Floor Investments, and Midtown Equities, the project will comprise of 40 hotel rooms, 23 condo homes, and an exclusive membership club.

This summer, Miami-based 13th Floor Investments, led by Arnaud Karsenti, acquired the 0.8-acre site for $73 million, a location currently occupied by a historic building from 1938 that once served as a timeshare complex. It has yet to be confirmed whether this new development will retain its historic charm, as many other hotel projects on Miami Beach are doing.

Sales Timeline and Brand Presence in Miami

Casa Cipriani Miami Beach is expected to launch sales come 2025, adding another Cipriani-branded property to the area. Earlier this year, Mast Capital secured financing for Cipriani Residences Miami in Brickell, which is currently underway. This marks Cipriani’s second major real estate endeavor in Miami, reflecting the brand’s commitment to expanding its presence in the region.

Cipriani’s Global Legacy and Celebrity Appeal

Since its founding in 1931, the Cipriani brand has grown into an iconic global hospitality brand, with high-end restaurants and properties worldwide. In Miami, the Cipriani Downtown restaurant has been a upscale dining hotspot since 2013. The first Casa Cipriani opened in New York’s Battery Maritime Building, developed in partnership with Midtown Equities.
