A partnership between Butters Construction & Development and Channing Corp. has successfully acquired 47.2 acres of land in the Agricultural Reserve west of Boynton Beach, Florida. The acquisition involved two separate deals, with the most recent one comprising 37 acres purchased for $25.75 million, following a previous acquisition of a neighboring 10.2-acre site in January for $4 million.

Key Players in the Partnership

Sudler Companies and Woodmont Industrial Partners are also part of the buyer group alongside Butters Construction & Development and Channing Corp.

Sellers and Property Owners Involved

The sellers of the land were Valico Nurseries along with several individual property owners.

Project Overview

The project, named the District, is slated to feature 519,000 square feet of mixed-use space, including offices, showrooms, warehouses, and small bay industrial units, along with 140,000 square feet dedicated to self-storage. The development will comprise a total of seven buildings, ranging from 21,000 to 124,000 square feet.

Focus on Small Bay Industrial Spaces

The industrial component of the project will include small bay units starting at approximately 4,000 square feet to cater to various businesses' needs.

Architectural Design

Arcadia Architects have been entrusted with the design of the District project.
