Project Details and Specifications
The planned five-story building will stand 74 feet tall and offer over 218,000 square feet of space dedicated to manufacturing. The concrete-based design includes a 20-foot rear yard, a commercial loading berth, and 90 enclosed parking spaces, ensuring ample capacity for both vehicles and commercial needs.
Developer and Architect Information
John Porcek of Bridge Development Partners, LLC is leading the project, while Damian Melo of Ware Malcomb has been appointed as the architect of record.
Site Conditions and Timeline
Since the site is currently vacant, demolition permits are unlikely to be required. However, there is no estimated timeline for the project's completion at this time.
