A new office development is in the works for 80 20th Street, located in Greenwood Heights, Brooklyn. The site sits between Third Avenue and the Gowanus Canal, in close proximity to the Prospect Avenue subway station, which is served by the R train.

Project Details and Specifications

The planned five-story building will stand 74 feet tall and offer over 218,000 square feet of space dedicated to manufacturing. The concrete-based design includes a 20-foot rear yard, a commercial loading berth, and 90 enclosed parking spaces, ensuring ample capacity for both vehicles and commercial needs.

Developer and Architect Information

John Porcek of Bridge Development Partners, LLC is leading the project, while Damian Melo of Ware Malcomb has been appointed as the architect of record.

Site Conditions and Timeline

Since the site is currently vacant, demolition permits are unlikely to be required. However, there is no estimated timeline for the project's completion at this time.
