BGI Companies and Blue Road Group have begun the development of Alba Palm Beach, a distinctive 22-story residential condominium development situated along the waterfront at 4714 North Flagler Dr. in West Palm Beach. This project, crafted in collaboration with locally-based Spina O’Rourke + Partners and architect Schmidt Nichols, aims to introduce a collection of 55 luxury residences, including unique townhomes. Ortega Construction Company is leading the project's construction, with an anticipated completion date of 2025.
